iPhones and iPads have become the predominant personal computer for an increasing number of the consumer, even eliminating the need for a laptop or desktop computer. In order to offer better support, I now provide remote support for iOS.

The first time using this application will take a few steps next time using it will be very easy.

Steps to start a remote support session on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Download the Bomgar app on your iPhone or iPad

  2. Open my invitation send by email or messages

  3. Accept the remote support session by Mac-Expert

  4. Open the session in the Bomgar App

  5. Touch the recording button in the upper left corner*

  6. Close the privacy disclaimer*

  7. Touch the recording button again*

  8. Initiate the screen sharing by touching the recording button in the upper left corner of the screen

  9. Touch “Start Broadcast” text

  10. Return to the home screen

  11. You can end the screen sharing by touching the orange - red button at the top of the screen

* This step is only required when using the Bomgar app for the first time.
